We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking for all afternoon tea`s and on peak nights if dining with us in our restaurant.

Notice of Cancellation

Over 24 hours’ Notice:

We will not refund your deposit but it can be used against another booking if taken within a month from your original booking date. (Please note if you do defer your booking it needs to be for the same amount of people originally booked to be able to use your full deposit).


Under 24 hours’ Notice:

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your intended visit your deposit will be lost and will not be able to use against future visits.


We have to operate our business and costs are rising daily so unfortunately when a late cancellation  comes in we have no option, regardless of the reason to retain the deposits to cover daily operating costs.
